Finding Meaning  and Purpose in Your Life

In Dr. Viktor Frankl's book "Man's Search for Meaning" he describes his observations of life as a prisoner in a Nazi Concentration Camp.  He clearly shows that without a reason to live, people simply die.  If they have a reason to live they can survive terrible circumstances.

Finding one's purpose is not an easy process.  Our approach depends on the individual.  Often there have been deep hurts, angers, or frustrations  that have kept a person from "being all they can be".   There may be errors in perception of self and others.  Our NLP and EFT therapies can help heal many of the wounds and misconceptions.

Some clients have been trying to please and take care of other people in their lives. We help them develop boundaries in relationships, discover what truly gives them joy, what their gifts are, and what their ultimate values are.  We discuss their understanding of  God and their Christian Faith as a part of this process. Gradually there emerges a sense of direction and meaning for the next phase of their journey.

Feel free to call us at 303-369-8877 to discuss your concerns. There is no charge for a fifteen minute initial evaluation discussion on the phone.
